STATE LEVEL PROJECT COMPETITION


ABOUT THE EVENT:


To encourage budding engineers to showcase their innovative projects, Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology is conducting a “State Level Project Competition” as a part of the Nehru Science Innovation and Technology Expo at National Level (NSITE) on 08-12-2022 & 09-12-2022. This event is divided into five different categories.
  Category A - AERO, MECH, AUTOMOBILE EXPO
  Category B - COMPUTER SCIENCE EXPO
  Category C - ELECTRONICS EXPO
  Category D - CIVIL EXPO
  Category E - ELECTRICAL EXPO
Each group should present their innovative project.


EVENT GUIDELINES:


  Only students currently enrolled at a college/university are eligible.
  All participants will have to produce their identity cards while reporting for the competition.
  Participants have to carry one hard copy of project abstract/synopsis for competition.
  The team size is limited to 2 students (Minimum), 4 Students (Maximum)
  All the participants will have to report on 8th December 2022 at 9.00 am and keep the models/project ready working before 9.30 am. Participants reporting late may not be allowed to participate in the competition.
  6 minutes for presenting the project & 4 minutes for Viva.
  Participants can use exhibits.
  Prizes will be given under three categories 1st Prize,2nd Prize and 3rd Prize.


GENERAL RULES:


  No Entry Fee for participation. Accommodation is 50₹ per day (Food charges extra).
  Every team has to register online with the registration link given below for the competition.
  A Team ID will be allocated to the team on registration which shall be used for future references.
  The decision of the organizers or judges shall be treated as final and binding on all.
  No responsibility will be held by NSITE, JCET for any late, lost, or misdirected entries.
  Please follow the website for current and updated information with regard to the competition. However, registered participants will be informed through mail about any changes.
  All modes of official communication will be through the Techfest e-mail. Participants are advised to keep track of all folders in their email accounts.

  HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL :

Science and Mathematics Working and Still Models:
  There is no limitation for the number of models to be exhibited
  A team of two students can participate in an item
  6 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for interaction
  Maximum of 5 charts can be exhibited in each item


  HIGHER SECONDARY LEVEL :

Science and Mathematics Working and Still Models:
  There is no limitation for the number of models to be exhibited
  Students of 11th to 12th standard can participate in an item
  A team of two students can participate
  6 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for interaction
  Maximum of 5 charts can be exhibited in each item
